Dr. Troy Larson
Dr. Troy Larson can usually be found with a smile on his face, fully engaged, and making the most of life. Dr. Larson, a native of North Canton, graduated from Heritage Christian School in 1994 and then attended the University of Akron with multiple scholarships. After three years, he was accepted directly into The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine where he graduated in 2001. Spending his first couple of years in mixed animal practice, Dr. Larson returned to his hometown of Canton where he worked with a large variety of animals, including exotics.

In 2013, Dr. Larson purchased the Veterinary Wellness Center of North Canton. He has enjoyed expanding and developing the practice and is always looking ahead to future possibilities. Although he is not a specialist, Dr. Troy Larson loves to perform surgery. For the past 10 years, he has pursued continuing education and training in the area of orthopedics, which enables him to perform a number of orthopedic procedures for his own clients as well as many referred clients. He enjoys the challenge of these more involved procedures and looks to continue expanding his abilities.

Dr. Troy Larson is married to his amazing wife, Rachel, and they are currently raising their four boys: Isaac, Levi, Seth, and Elijah. These boys certainly know how to keep home life entertaining! Raising them is a privilege and a joy. Dr. Troy and Rachel are very involved in their church and in international mission’s work, traveling to Africa, Asia, and South America for over 25 years sharing the love of Jesus. The Larson family recently added new puppy Chase to the mix.
